The room has a \u2018wet floor\u2019 bathroom with correct railings and fittings.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dempsey\u2019s was assessed by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.disabledtravel.co.za\">Disabled Travel<\/a> and found to be 100% compliant as per these results:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Access to the house via a wooden ramp from the tarred parking area.<\/li>\n<li>Measurement of door entrance, width: 850mm.<\/li>\n<li>Adequate space in bathroom for manoeuvring of wheelchair.<\/li>\n<li>Measurement of bathroom entrance, width: 920mm.<\/li>\n<li>Adequate space next to the toilet for side-ways transfer.<\/li>\n<li>Measurement from wall to front of toilet is 720mm and height of toilet seat is 470mm.<\/li>\n<li>Height of wall and cistern grab rails is 800mm.<\/li>\n<li>Measurement from toilet centre line to wall is 650mm.<\/li>\n<li>Height of toilet is 450mm, with seat down height is 470mm.<\/li>\n<li>Roll-in shower with a hand shower attachment and lever tap.<\/li>\n<li>The height of the shower bench is adjustable and backrest and grab rail can be moved to other side of the bench.<\/li>\n<li>Width of shower entrance is 1300mm.<\/li>\n<li>No bath available.<\/li>\n<li>Leg space of 700mm underneath the basin with a lever tap.<\/li>\n<li>Height of top of basin is 830 mm. Small shelf available.
