Going for Guinness – that’s #PE’s Josh Enslin.

May 15, 2017 //  by Kathy

Josh Enslin of Port Elizabeth, is busy with his surfing enduro right now at Pollock Beach, Port Elizabeth with about 4 hours to go before he breaks the Guinness World Record for the longest surf session. To break the record he needs to surf for more than 29 hours and 27 minutes. Parallel to the record claim is a charity drive: Josh will be collecting and donating old surfing equipment, blankets and tinned foods to street children and underprivileged surfers around our metro. The Cyoh Surf Club will be in charge of the distribution. We checked in this morning to support Josh and took a few pics. The basics for success: a family of supporters, a food van and an ambulance! Go Josh, may your endurance see you through to breaking the world record.   For the nitty gritty criteria needed for this record, take a peek at the blog of Millers Local:- http://www.millerslocal.co.za/millerslocals-blog/josh-enslins-world-record-attempt-for-longest-surf-session Josh Enslin on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/josh.enslin.33?fref=ts https://www.facebook.com/josh.enslin.33
