- Double room: R775-00 per double per night
- Family room: R1350-00 per 4 people sharing per night
- Family room: R1150-00 per 3 people sharing per night
- Family room: R900-00 per double per night
- Family room: R775-00 per single per night
- Children: 0 – 1 years stay free, 2 – 18 years pay 100% of the sharing rate
- Rates from 1st September 2026:
- Single room: R725-00 per person per night
- Double room: R825-00 per double per night
- Family room: R1400-00 per 4 people sharing per night
- Family room: R1200-00 per 3 people sharing per night
- Family room: R950-00 per double per night
- Family room: R825-00 per single per night
- Children: 0 – 1 years stay free, 2 – 18 years pay 100% of the sharing rate
- Semi-long-term rates double in December
- Minimum 2 night booking for dates 15th – 23rd December 2026
- Minimum 3 night booking for dates 24th December 2026 – 4th January 2026
- 15th December – 4th January:- room rate for single or double per night is:
- R850-00 back rooms and R1000-00 front rooms
- For bookings between 15th December 2026 and 4th January 2027, please e-mail your enquiry to Kathy on:- info@dempseys.co.za even if calendar reflects ‘fully booked.’
- Minimum 3 night booking for Easter, IronMan Triathlon and World Lifesaving 2026 dates.
- For months December, January and Easter weekend bookings, also IronMan Triathlon and World Lifesaving 2026 bookings, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking, balance of payment will be due on day of arrival.

Dempsey’s Booking Procedure:
A booking, whether by telephone or e-mail, is a legally binding contract.
To protect against late cancellations and ‘no show’ of guests, herewith, below, please find, our booking, deposit payment and cancellation policies.
NB: If a booking is cancelled and payment needs to be reversed, guest will be charged reversal fees incurred by us.
We deem you to have accepted our Booking Procedure, Deposit and Cancellation Policies once you accept our quote and request to book accommodation.
Booking procedure:
Inform us of your request to book, we will then e-mail invoice to you for deposit payment.
To secure bookings – we require proof of a 50% deposit upon booking; this confirms the booking. Balance of payment is due on day of arrival via EFT or in cash.
For December/January and Easter weekend bookings, we require proof of a 50% non refundable deposit, upon booking. Balance of payment is due on day of arrival via EFT or in cash.
Deposit payment:
By credit card or EFT. Credit card payment via secure Paybridge.
Please note: there is no credit card facility on site for balance of payment. Balance of payment is due in cash or via EFT, on day of arrival.
If a cash deposit is made, please add R50-00 per R1000-00 or part thereof, to cover cash deposit fee.
Cancellation Policy:-
Cancellation 3 days before arrival, on day of arrival or during stay, full booking amount is payable.
Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival, forfeit 75% of deposit.
Cancellation 8-14 days prior to arrival, forfeit 50% of deposit.
Cancellation 15-30 days prior to arrival, forfeit 25% of deposit.
Cancellation 30 days and longer, prior to arrival, forfeit 15% of deposit.

Regret:
- no credit card facilities on site
- no laundry service
- no bathing permitted due to water restrictions imposed by municipality
- no hand washing of laundry permitted
- no barbeque facilities
- no barbequing allowed
- no swimming pool
- no DSTV but an OpenView decoder in each room
