We recently escorted guests of ours, an elderly couple, to the “TelePerformance UK Visa Application Centre” at Greenacres, Port Elizabeth. We were expecting ‘red tape’ and a lengthy wait, we were so wrong. We weren’t even at the threshold of the office when a staff member from within the office came to greet us outside the office, Angelo introduced himself in a confident and professional manner, he immediately put our guests at ease and showed them where to go and what to do inside the office. Our guests were anxious and nervous about having all the correct papers and Angelo assured them that all would be sorted out, all they needed to do was to relax and wait a little while. Angelo was just doing his job but to us he was going the extra mile with his customer service. He was professional, friendly and helpful, displaying a nurturing manner towards the elderly people. All staff were pleasant and helpful at Teleperformance but Angelo stood out. Angelo we commend you for your top service and superb attitude towards your clients.
