We recently escorted an elderly couple to the UK visa office in Port Elizabeth.We were expecting ‘red tape’, we were so wrong. We weren’t even at the threshold of the office when we were greeted outside by a friendly employee who introduced himself as Angelo. He immediately put our guests at ease and showed them where to go and what to do inside the office. Our guests were anxious and nervous about having all the correct papers and Angelo assured them that all would be sorted out, all they needed to do was to relax and wait a little while. Angelo was just doing his job but to us he was going the extra mile with his customer service. He was friendly and helpful and displayed a nurturing manner towards the elderly. Angelo we commend you for your top service and superb attitude towards public service.
